Suckerfish menu issues

Currently I am using the suckerfish menu option in a particular template. My problem is that when you click on a particular item in the drop down menu, it brings up all items under that section. I want only that single item to appear. Has anyone had that problem in configuring? Possibly someone could offer some suggestions and hopefully a cure.
