Hi,
How can I completely disable users accessing my site using IE (any version) , at the template manager it only says for IE6, I want it to where its every single version.

- I tried using IE9 to open my site, and its all messed up, maybe in the future I'll try to fix it, but for now I would like to disable it completely .

Blocking IE altogether will mean potentially blocking 60+% of your visitors.
If you want to do so tho, you could do something like this:
