    • just upgraded and all seems fine!

I hope this is how we will be able to upgraded from now on.

I will keep you posted for any errors but none encountered so far. Content creation and editing seem to be fine.

The only problem I found was that some languages with the exception of english haven't been updated so I see some text as COM_CONTENT_SHOW_PUBLISHING etc.

    • anyone know whether Omnicron works?

I am setting up a new site in development but eventually aimed at production. Softaculous gives me the option of installing J1.5 or J2.5. No J1.7 any more. Obviously I want to go with J2.5, but it looks like theres no safe decent looking template at the moment!

    • I installed J2.5, the latest gantry and Omnicron.

Initially it all looked fine. I tried to disable the logo feature and the top-scroll feature though and they just wont disable. After you save and close, you go back and they are still on.

    • I just tested with a default gantry template and was able to save just fine. Can you please confirm that your cache is cleared?

    • I an running crystalline and when you try to save anything in the settings within Gantry they do not save. Also it looks like the css is off in the template.

    • cache cleared.
three different browsers that had never been to the site used.
      running latest stable php

I can't send urls or user credentials because the site is in an intranet. I encounter this problem every time I ask for help here. I cant develop live on the internet. :(
