Main Menu Not Updated After J2XML Import Into RocketLauncher

After using a rocketlauncher for a new Joomla installation, I used J2XML to import a bunch of articles along with their main menu structure from an old Joomla installation.
However, I noticed that the Main Menu of the new Joomla installation failed to update. Is there a way around this?
