recover administrator user name and password

- I just installed a RT template using the launcher. The only problem is I do not know what my administrator user name and password is.
  
  I have tried using my FTP username, database name, etc. and nothing seems to work.
  
  How do I find or recover the user name and password? Is it somewhere in the root directory?

- passwords are saved on database not on files, you will need to use a database manager like phpMyAdmin from your hosting control panel.
