Please help - show module on certain pages not working if its a submenu

1. I can't find this problem in search.
2. I think I am sane
3. I believe I am correct in the way I am restricting a module on a specific page.
Hope the subject makes sense, here is a detailed description:

So, lets take the module "RokLatest News", lets say I only want to show it on page1a, well I have tried to do this several ways and none of them have worked.
I have tried:
1. Hi-light page1a, doesn't work.
2. Hi-light page1 + page1a, works but also shows module in page3a, so also wrong.
3. Created a link for page1a in topmenu, hilighted topmenu, still doesn't work.
4. highlighted all, shows module in all, this works but is not what I want to do.
I only want to show "RokLatest News" on page1a and I can't for the life of me see why its not working, whaaaa, whaaaa.
Is there another way I should be doing this? Please for the love of something I can't afford to break, help me.
My site is www.thebonuses.com , I currently have "RokLatest News" setup to only show on page highroller bonuses (under the casino bonuses heading), it doesn't show up anywhere.
