    Thumbnails gone, RokStories

    • Hi!
      Thumbnails not showing in the RokStories frontpage. They have worked earlier and suddenly they disappeared. Have been looking for a solution but it seems tricky.
      I have installed the latest version of RokStories, but it still won´t show the thumbnails.

    • I think the "rokstories-blank2_thumb.png" is the opacity layer (?). In Module Manager/RokStories the opacity is 0.3, so it should not cover the thumbnail completely.

      In extensions-style5.css under
      /* RokStories */ the link is:
      .feature-block img[src $="rokstories-blank2_thumb.png"] {background: url(../../../images/stories/demo/global/landinmatning.jpg) 30% 0 no-repeat;}

      RokStories has worked fine earlier showing the thumbnails perfectly. Maybe a Javascript problem?

      Actually if you take a look at the Nebulae demo this is the way that RokStories layout is supposed to behave.

      The non-active tabs are somewhat opaque and the active tab is fully visible.

    • Ok, I saved new ones for "rokstories-blank1-2-3-4_thumb.png" and that solved my problem. But still don´t understand why the original thumbs disappeared in the first place.

      Where is the file for the frontpage? (when open view-source)

      When I first responded to you the thumbs you were using came with the template and they are just blank png's.
      So if you replaced them with actual graphic images, that's why you are "seeing" something now.

      As for the generated file you see when you View Source, there is no ONE file. That output is generated by a few components in the templates following the blueprint set down by the templates index.php file.

      In extensions-style5.css/rokstories, I have changed the image name to a jpg image but the old png (rokstories-blank3_thumb.png) is still there in rokstories, front page. I have cashed the browser.

      Where is the file in wich I can change the link to the thumbnails, rokstories?

      You don't have to change the CSS, RokStories takes care of everything. All you need is the proper reference URL link to your image, like this:
