Switcher in demos site

Hello Rocketeers,
i am looking for a joomla 2.5 extension or php script, which would work similar as demo.rockettheme.com/ (switcher in top for showing different sites (iframe?)). Any ideas? I am looking for it for a long time, but still no findings. Thanks in advance!

- None exists as far as I know. The one on our demo site is not Joomla extension. It is custom built unordered list with frame which loads demo installations placed under it

Oh thank you. I tried to do something like what you have on your demosite, but i run into problem of iframe resizing. Can you please give me insight of how you managed to have iframe resizing itself to the source site?
I read many forums and consensus is, that nobody really knows, eh... Yet in your demosite it works flawless.

- Igor, why not make it available as a commercial extension (if practically possible)? I would gladly pay for it and I'm sure others would too. There's nothing similar around and I suspect many might be looking for something like this!
