I want to create a Headline item for my front page that does not have a title.
I thought of creating a module but you cannot place that in the default text position.
I created a Section and Category called Teasers and published my item there. This works fine except I do not want the Title to appear as because I am using Simplex, a large asterex appears next to the headline.
Any ideas. I have seen some posts around getting modules into the main text position using mosmodules, but you would still have the Title issue.
Just hide the titles then make a new "front page" content item with a title styled the way you want it, then publish it to the top of the front page (give it an order value of -1).
Created a New Section and Category called Lead
Created an article in Lead.
In Parameters, set Page titles to hide.
Set Ordering to -1
Set show on Front Page
The reason it was not working was that I had unpublished "Home".
I was applying the changes to the document and I was aware the changes only apply when you view a whole document and not just the header so your answer was really confusing the hell of me.
