Translate "read more" button

Hi guys,
I'm working with the Diametric theme for Joomla! and I have one doubt: where can I translate the text "Read More" showed in the FP Header A (FP), which is displayed in the front page?
I tried to find something in the files of /language/en-GB, but I don't found the correct file to make this translation.

Somehow, even if I've set language to Slovenian in language manager, the text in the button is still "read more", and the other buttons still hasthe text "Read the full story".
Which file do i need to change so the changes will be visible on a template?

Dear Igor,
great - you quote yourself. BUT that is not helpful at all, and that is - FRANKLY SPEAKING - my expectation after paying 90 USD for a membership!
I have the same problem. Overriding is not working, because even the Joomla language override finds only one line item for READ MORE, that is 'READON_STYLE'. Unfortunately, this is not the one which required to be changed (in language .ini file)
Also, a override is not a good solution, a specific language file would be the better one. Which file would that be, and where to find it?

btw if you create an override via the language-manager joomla creates a real "override"-file here
joomla/language/overrides
You can also add language overrides manually to this file.
So adding
READ_MORE="your text"
should do it ... -
