Latest News module in multiple locations? possible?

Hi... I'm new...
I'm customizing my site using the DigitalEther Apr 05 template.
When I first loaded it... the entire "right" area was blank on all pages.
So, I've gone in and reassigned things to show up over in that space.
I like having the Latest News headlines show up there on the inner pages...
But I'd prefer to have them highlighted in one of the "user" areas on the main center content on the front page.
Is there a way to have the Latest news module show up in different locations on different pages?
Or does it have to be in the same spot throughout the site?

- sure, in the module manager just create a copy and assign the copy to whatever position you like
