Is it possible to have a forum for international members?
For example: Français for french members, Deutsch for german members
Because I know much people wich want become members but wich don't come because they don't speak english.

- I don't see why really. Because the support personel is Andy, James, etc. And I am not sure they do speak french, deutsch. And I do not want the forum to be filled with treads I don't understand.

In principle, it is a good idea as RT is very international in terms of its member's base. However, the practical side of it is not so great. It would be almost impossible to manage as "the team" is 90% English. Therefore, the international forums probably will get little support due to the language barrier.
It is the practical side that halts any international sections. Joomla has its international staff, we do not
