  • SOLVED :) How do I turn off the "1" on my article?

    • Hi,
      I've added an article to my about page, but am unable to figure out how to turn off the "1" that appears just below the title/before the article text.

      I have chosen 'hide' (ex: pagination, etc) for nearly all article options in the menu/category/aritcle areas for editing.

      Any suggestions?

      Diametric Template
      Joomla 2.5

    • Hi there,

      Go to "Article manager options" -click on - "show intro text" - this will solve the issue!

      If this resolves your problem then please edit your first post in this thread by adding SOLVED at the start of the title and then select the green tick icon. This lets the moderators know that it can be moved to the solved section.

      What if by design we need to hide the intro text? How then do we resolve this issue? Sometimes showing the intro text is not an option and your solution limits core Joomla functionality.

      This is a Joomla issue not a template issue. Have you a link to the problem and I will see if I can find an alternative solution.

    • I do not have a link...my post was from a design perspective. If Rockettheme is aware of this bug/conflict with Joomla 2.5, do you have a fix? Apparently it is specific to your more recent templates.
