RokGallery and your clients

I was wondering if anyone is using RokGallery as a image gallery for any of their clients and if so, how do the clients feel about it as far as the admin side goes? Do they like it, do they find it easy to use? Is it convenient for them or do you prefer an alternate solution.
Not sure if this post belongs here but since it pertained to RokGallery specifically I choose this forum. Please move if I choose poorly.
