For example i have a menu on feature-a position and when clicked a menu item lets say first item, the page stays but only module on feature-b position changes and clicked seconde item, so on. I need an urgent help. Could you please tell me a way with css editing or module or whatever to do that.
Thanks in advance.

To the best of my knowledge, without some custom coding it can't be done. But, what do you need that for? Maybe we could find a way around it.

Thank shazdeh. my coding is realy poor. i ignored it. now i have another silly problem. could you tell me how can i add button in an article. I couldnt do it with jce editor!
Shazdeh is correct that can't be done without special coding. Also, the suggestion of a roktab is also a good one. Finally, I would suggest you also consider using a rokbox (popup) to display your module although you won't be able to link to it from a menu item - you'll have to put you own button/link into the navigation bar.
