Wordpress RokGallery having some problems

I've been working on a site for a client for a few months and we've been moving quite slow on it. Last time we met, I was showing my client and her husband how to use RokGallery, and things seemed to go pretty smoothly. I uploaded some images to my main media library to edit into the correct size to place into the RokGallery. They've sent me a few emails saying that they've been able to get in and mess with some of the posts, but I've been messing with RokGallery and it seems something has been changed. I can't upload any files to the RokGallery admin page, nothing happens once you click upload... it just seems to continue thinking, I've also tried to upload a smaller image to see if that had something to do with it and it didn't. I had an image in the gallery last time so when I go to edit it, it says "file settings error". When ever I go into my RokGallery pages and click select to choose a gallery, it shows me the options for a second and then the word "undefined" comes up. Any idea's on what could've happen and any possible solutions?

- You are using the old versions of RokGallery and RokCommon which are not compatible with WordPress 3.4.1. Try updating these to the latest versions and see if the problem still exists.

- I recognize this is an old topic... but I am working to migrate my Joomla site to WordPress and am having the same issues as the original poster. I have the latest version of both RokGallery (2.3.1) and RokCommon (3.2.0) in a WordPress 4.3.1 installation. I've tried to upload files in both Firefox (slightly out-of-date version) and Chrome (current version). The three "progress dots" just blink indefinitely, and the image never makes any progress in uploading. Can anyone assist? Thank you!
