How frequently is this board looked at by RocketTheme staff?

- I posted a general question about the RocketTheme phpBB styles here almost a week ago, and no one replied other than another user who did not know the answer. Is it expected that someone from the staff at least acknowledges a question from a customer who just purchased a 1-year membership? I could have easily gone with a cheaper option since I only have 1 forum that runs a RocketTheme style. I figured support would be worth the extra money, but there isn't very much support to speak of.

Hey Henning, thanks for the clarification. But are you saying that this "General Discussion" forum gets NO support? or just that 'Knocks' question of phpBB is misplaced here?
I've had a 'general' question on here for a week and have no response from admins or community. I put it in here as I don't think it's really a template specific question.
Please further clarify for me... .us.

posting here ... is for something like: Should I use WP or Joomla and expect other members to give their opinion.
If you have a questions that needs to be answered I would use the specific forums.
Also members without an active membership have the chance to ask a question.
Often a member of the community can help ... (but not moderators) ...
So we check this from time to time ... but this a community ... and this place is for discussions of the community ...
