What Subscription Do I Buy From Rocket Theme?

Hello,
I used to have a subscription here to the Momentum template but as of now I already have another website that is supplying my template. I do however want to use a phpbb3 style "clarion" but it says I can no longer download since I don't have a subscription.
I was looking at how to get a subscription but I see 2 possible ones I could buy.
Do I want to buy the Joomla Club Renewal or PHPBB3 Upgrade?
Does the Joomla Club Subscription come with the Phpbb3 section as well? I definitely know it used to.

If you want to use PhpBB3 then you should by the PHPBB3 Upgrade.
However, upgrade usually means you already have a PhpBB3 membership?
If you want to use Joomla templates and have access to the Joomla forum you need the Joomla Club Renewal.
If you want to use PhpBB3 templates and have access to the PhpBB3 forum you need the PhpBB3 Club membership.
Check your subscription again.
