Rocket Theme on Godaddy keeps changing color can you help?

I am new to wordpress and installed my rocket theme on my godaddy Linux server. The site is working, I will say it is very very slow at time but the big problem is the color in Accent Color changes from time to time and is different on IE and firefox. It is set to blue but in firefox it is the default reddish orange.
It is like this on other Computers also
How do i fix this?

I'm not seeing the problem and the site seems to load quickly for me. I can say from experience, Go Daddy is not a great host when it comes to database driven sites using WP or Joomla - slow loading and SQL errors / database connection issues are not uncommon, I see it all the time with them specifically.
Is there any actions or steps specifically that lead to the color changes? Or does it just happen randomly? Unless I can see what happens, it's hard to say why.
One possibility is a cookie setting, which is where preset preferences are stored for each visitor. For example, if you go to our demo site and choose a preset from the front end, it will remember that setting next time you come back - even if you change the preset in the backend. This sometimes happens to me when I'm working on a site, clearing the browser cookies solves it. When this happens, you're the only one who sees it - everyone else sees the settings you have made in the admin. Just verify that the correct colors are set in the backend, and haven't been assigned though the front end anywhere. - The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.

Cliff thank you for your input. It must be a browser thing as firefox on this PC still sees my site as red and white. I am not sure how it happened but My sister was out of state looking at it and it changed on us both at the same time. It was weird.
For the speed i think you are correct on Godaddy, Sometimes the site loads quickly and others it lags for about 30 seconds.
What hosting service do you recommend for WP sites?

Try clearing your browser cookies and see if that helps, some settings are stored there and are only visible to you. This can happen sometimes if your working on copy of the a site locally with different settings, or visit another site - like our demo site for example - where the same cookie settings are present but are different.
For hosting, pretty much anything is a step up from Go Daddy. Lately, I've been using Bluehost or Justhost for affordable solutions, but you can never go wrong with Rochen - it's pricey though. - The difficult we do immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.
