Article will not delete or update

I've embedded a YouTube video within an article and marked the article as featured so it would display on the front page. I am now trying to edit the video code so it will show a completely different video.
The code in the article has saved properly in the Admin area but the front page is still displaying the old video.
Trouble shooting efforts:
Cleared Cache
Flushed DNS
Opened in new browser
Opened in new browser from different computer
Used FF, Safari, Chrome
Opened from computer outside of my network.
I have since disabled the article and removed it from the featured list. The video still remains on the front page. I've now deleted it but it's still there???
I've search Google for more information to no avail. Everything else on the site seems to update fine. Help!

Did you check on official Joomla forum about this issue? This is really Joomla core issue which doesn't have any connecting point with our template
