- Is it possible to remove an "Existing Menu Link"? If so...how?

- You can just 'unpublish' a menu item under Menu/Main Menu (or whatever menu you want to modify). Or you can put a check by the menu item (in the above listed admin panel) and click the TRASH button in the upper right.

You will simply click on the menu item you wish to MOVE, then click on the MOVE button at the top right, and then finally select the new menu you wish to MOVE it to... then click MOVE in the upper right corner!
