Momentum On/Off Mobile Switch

Hello all,
I have had trouble from the beginning with the mobile on/off switch not showing up on Android based mobile units. My account has expired. However, the issue happened before the end of my subscription but was never brought to anyone's attention until now.
Any thoughts as how to fix this?
