Maelstrom 25 "Fixed Header: Off" has no effect.

- I'm using the Maelstrom template in Joomla 2.5, and I want to disable the header constantly being displayed at the top of the screen. In the template style settings there's a toggle to turn off/on "Fixed Header", which I assume controls it. However, no matter what setting it's on, the header behaves the same. Is there a solution to this?
