sorry but doesn't working... i try with ip of the hoster...
i want the audiofile is readeable by people, all people but not downloadable.... if i use your htaccess config with ip of my internet connection it work but only me can reading ... and it's not what i want...
i think with the ip of the hosting plan it should working but not too!
