    • Hi guys,

      I joined RocketTheme last week and so far I have had to firefight my way through numerous problems regarding the Ionosphere. I don't know whether you have certain staff monitoring certain forums etc but I have asked numerous questions over the past week and had no replies.

      I'm quite concerned as we have spent money for a years subscription not only to the beautiful themes you create but also the support. I was on here a few weeks back under a different username and the support I got when using the Metropolis template was fantastic. I know Ionosphere is quite an old template now but it's the only one that really suits our company.

      Please don't take this as being a dig at RocketTheme as it's not. It's all about support in one forum.
