Want articles look like in demo but there is html module.

Hi. I wanted to buy a subscription for joomla templates, but I found that the demo template a little misleading. For example, the template Cerulean. The module named "Recent news" on front page, it seems that there are articles, but in reality it is a module with html. Is it possible in this way to display articles? I want to look the same. But I do not want to go html module, but the module with the latest articles.

I guess everything is possible but you will have to spend additional time to style and adjust module through css to look like that
