Question about rocketlauncher packages

Hello,
I have installed a rocketlauncher (Metropololis Joomla 3) but when I try to change the layout settings it does nothing. For example I change the maintop position from 2 to 3 I pressed save but nothing. It cannont cahnge to 3 from 2.
I'm doing something wrong or modification of the layout in the rocketlauncher package are not applied and I should install another package?

You should clear cache, cookies and check for permission/ownership issues.
It could also be caused by some 3rd-party module conflicting with our code.
