Unable to login under newly created membership

I purchased a membership using "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." and when I attempt to login it states the password is wrong. When I use the forgot password link it states:
"Your password reset request failed because a User with the specified username and e-mail address could not be found.."
When I use the forgot username link, it sends mail to the above address stating:
"A username reminder has been requested for your Joomla Templates, WordPress Themes, Magento Templates and phpBB3 Styles - RocketTheme account.
Your username is vegasallnite."
I'm caught in a loop.. How is it that it will send my user id, vegasllnite, to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., but will not change the password with that email address?
