I love Rocket Theme templates, don't get me wrong. But I'd love to see the templates use sticky footers on the bottom of the browser or at least have that as an option. Many times, I don't have enough content on my home page and the footer rides up leaving an awkward space below it - especially where a background is designed for the content to fill the entire page. I find myself having to invent superfluous info or add extra modules just to push it back down to the bottom and look "normal."
I've reworked a couple RT themes after the fact to have my footer content stay at the bottom of the browser using css techniques like this: ryanfait.com/sticky-footer/ or this: css-tricks.com/snippets/css/sticky-footer/
Is this something RT might consider?
