Can not access my template anymore - appears error

Hi!
Some weeks ago I installed Alerion template, I was starting to work well, but today I installed some extensions, like k2, phocadownload,... and the last one was aiContactSafe, I dont remember exactly when was the last time today I could enter in the template manager and could click on "rt_alerion - Default", but now when I try to click on it, it shows this error:
500 - An error has occurred.
XML file did not load
I am so worry that i lost everything ...do you guys know how can a fix this error?
I really need your help or advice
