RokSprocket Modules not working

- Hi, first time poster here so be gentle
  
  Problem 1:
  I have 2 RokSprocket Module Features side be side. They use to scroll through the different articles and pictures but now they do nothing.
  
  Problem 2:
  RokSprocket Module Mosiac i use to be able to fit 3 columns accross the page. Now i only get 2 and it drops 1 down to the next row.Why?
  
  Everything i have is updated to the latest versions. Somewhere in there an update must have stuffed this all up. Running Joomla 2.5
  
  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

- Do you have the RokBooster-Plugin enabled?
  Please understand that we can only provide support for members with an active membership.
  I can take a look ... but you need to disable the code-compression (that you must have enabled yourself at some point) ...
