      Still very new to Joomla, pray tell how is the content in the What's Hot and Latest Downloads content edited? Indeed the lower half of the template?

    • Those are Modules found in Admin > Modules > Site Modules

    • The titles in the Modules page should reflect that on the frontend. Remember there are more than 1 pages in the Module Manager.
