Still very new to Joomla, pray tell how is the content in the What's Hot and Latest Downloads content edited? Indeed the lower half of the template?

- Those are Modules found in Admin > Modules > Site Modules

Thank you for your kind assistance. I think I'm missing something because I can't tell what modules correspond to the ones I need to edit, and I've looked at each one..

- The titles in the Modules page should reflect that on the frontend. Remember there are more than 1 pages in the Module Manager.
