- I uploaded the bundle to my host and when it loads up I don't see all the elements for me to work with, like slide show, header, footer, images pre positioned, instead I have just a plain page

hi there,
if you want your site to look like our demo, you will also have to install and configure the extensions that are presented there.
in that case it's easier to start with the rocketlauncher package, as a brandnew joomla site.
