SOLVED Rockettheme authentication?

Hello,
Not sure what it is but when trying to authenticate with my credentials, it seems I won't get authenticated.
I know some may say that I might be typing in the wrong password but I've done it 5 times already.
Invalid username and password combination...
It's either I'm missing something or the login credentials are entirely different from what I use to login to the RT member page.

Not to bring this post back from the dead but I seem to be having this problem for a different website I have again.
I enter the username and password for my RT account and I get "A username and password must be entered."
Not sure why but I did install the most recent 1.0.8 and not sure what is causing this. I thought updating the plugin would have helped but this time it's doing nothing.

Thanks for the reply. It was a clue that I set up something up that was blocking the authentication.
Although I was always clear my cache, it seems that a CDN I was using didn't. Temporarily disabling the CDN did the trick!

I don't like this authentication at all
Sometimes authentication is cut automatically, which causes questions from my client, and of course he does not know my login credentials for the RT site
If authentication will not be not removed, I will not renew my subscription. There are a lot of other designers around.
