I am subscribed to a lot of other theme companies and I must say "I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!" Just to install the crystilline theme is a nightmare. There is no 123abc install instructions that I can find.
I'm looking for the following:
1) You will need to go to the page of the particular theme you are wanting to install such as "crystilline."
2) Click the "Download" button.
3) There will be a total of 5 files, please download all 5 files.
4) You will need to install the "gantry_wordpress_framework" plugin first.
5) Next, decide if you want the Demo content installed or not. If you do, in WordPress under "Appearance | Themes | Install Themes" install "rt_crystalline_wp-rocketlauncher" and if you do not need the Demo content then install "rt_crystalline_wp."
6) ETC....
Please show me where you have the "big picture" instructions. What vague instructions you have are "POOR." I have no time for the kind of shoddy instructions your business provides. Please help me ASAP!
