    Unable to find install package

    • When trying to manually update RokAjaxsearch module and Roknavmenu module extensions, after clicking "Upload and Install", we get the error: Unable to find install package.

      When we try to auto-update them, we see: "Update path does not exist" & "Error updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_."

      Any ideas?

    • Have you tried this?

      Cleared Joomla's cache.
      Cleared the /tmp dir that you use for installing modules manually.
      Tried downloading fresh copies of those 2 modules and then tried to install manually.
      Checked that the max upload file size and similar is set high enough in php.ini or .htaccess.
    • Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
