  • RokSprocket shuts down my site with Parse Error

    • This is now my second attempt to install this plugin and each time it produces this error:

      Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC in /home/content/d/e/s/designlife/html/wp-content/plugins/wp_roksprocket/lib/RokSprocket/Provider.php on line 206

      Any solutions?

    • I did install roksprocket 2.0.1 the latest release. Right now, I need to get my site back to where it was.

      I had to remove the roksprocket plugin folder to get my site back online. Right now when I select the plugin from the admin I get this error. Help!?!

    • BTW I reviewed my PHP version and it is currently 5.2 and I did in fact downloaded the most current version of Roksprocket. I need your help I am unable to review my plugins from the WordPress admin.

      WordPress Version: 3.5.2
      PHP: 5.2

      I really need your assistance. I installed Roksprocket plugin. It didn't work for me. I am not able to get into my plugins from the admin now. Will someone respond please? Thanks.

      sorry, i was away over the weekend. i know this issue came up in the joomla version and has been fixed, i have now asked our wordpress team to look at this issue.

    • Apparently this is still happening I just installed via rocketlaucher.
      Claimed to successfully set up WP but wouldn't let me enter
      password. Then I refreshed the page and clicked login and get this:
      I tried to log in and get
      Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[', expecting ')' in wp-content/plugins/wp_roksprocket/roksprocket.php on line 461

      So what the heck do I do?

      Please switch your PHP version to be 5.4 or higher.
