Sorry if i simply can't find the solution in my searches, but i've been trying and i'm close to pulling my hair out

Template Vers II from the labs rockstar lime edition.
I've got wrapper opening photofolio (whish someone could make a joomlabridge for this nifty little gallery).
My problem is when the flash gallery is open the moomenu disappears behind it.
Can anyone suggest a solution and save my hair?
