Attach image to form with mobile?

I have recently thought it could be a great benefit if my visitors could upload a photo to the site with their mobile phone. I currently use RSForm Pro but it doesn't seem to work with mobile for attaching images.
Anyone have an idea for this? - Commerce Site with Metropolis magento 1.7- Wood Signs

Thanks, I guess it does look like I'm asking for help on how to make RS Form work for that. However, what I meant for "ideas on this", was; does anyone here have any ideas as to an alternative to RSform that would accomplish being able to send mobile photos and attachments via a web form?
The thing is, there are mobile sites and responsive sites. The idea of a responsive site, I believe, is to create just one site that works for everything. Am I right or wrong here?
So with that, I will ask again. Does anyone know of a solution for my users to upload a photo to a form (or some other means), via a mobile site or regular responsive site?

- I am not clear what is happening to that image once user uploads it to the web site? Do you publish it somehow or is it just sent through email to you? Or something else?
