    • Hello all

      I have had my website set up on Joomla by a friend who is now off to UNi

      I decided to change the domain name pointing to my site and asked my server provider 'Purple Cloud'

      the problem is that I can not get into the back end 'admin' side of my site

      please look at www.urbancolour.co.uk

      I can get inot the server control panel, but I dont really know what to do

      Any ideas?

    • Hello Julian,

      You can use ftp, then go to your Joomla directory, and find configuration.php
      You will find bellow paramaters, and need to check/edit it :
      $mosConfig_db --> for your database name
      $mosConfig_user --> for your database user
      $mosConfig_password --> for your database password
      $mosConfig_live_site --> for your current url

      Maybe you need to upload the template you use before via ftp to your joomla_directory/templates/
