Contact form not working right

I am using Joomla 3.1.1

The contact form is not working right. The copy that gets send to the user looks like this: Thank you for contacting us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Your Name: Angy Chesler
Your Email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
{Subject:caption}: {Subject:value}
{Message:caption}: {Message:value}
: Send
How can I change the subject so it shows the actual subject and the message shows the message?
