I've looked, there's no documentation on your samples sites showing how to use RokMenu to utilize Custom link url.
Can RokMenu utilize Custom Link URLs for the menus?
Where do you have the documentation for that?

Custom link URL - doesn't have to be external, can be any pages of your website you choose to show up in menu.
example: Main Menu that says "Shop" that links to a page/url in the website named "products"
Your RokMenu feature as shown in Wordpress Templates.
