  • Themes Won't Open In Template Manager

    • I have been using Oculus Theme -- working perfectly.

      Today when I tried to access the theme in the Template Manager I received the following error.

      No HTTP response code found

      I've deleted the template and installed Metropolis -- I got the same error with it.

      I've reinstalled Gantry and also installed the rokupdatesclean file and cleared my joomla cache as well as the browser cache.

      Nothing has worked.

      My website is www.garcoclerk.com

      I need to edit the template and choose a different style and input personal data on the site; e.g., logos etc. but I can't access the template.

      Urgently need help!
