Help! lockedout by rockettheme login in template

I have been having trouble costing me many hours of work. At first I thought I had a virus on the site.
When I deploy Oculus on a local wamp server. The moment I port my k2 data i get a login screen that i just discovered is for rocket theme. Misaligned security prevents the viewing of content on infected site.
when I enter my account info into the login it tells me my username and password do not match.
the latest version of the login screen is attached. I just reinstalled the oculus rocketlauncher to get this screen.This image is hidden for guests.here is a version I tried to deploy online. I couldn't resolve it online. So I began working on Wamp server. A variation of outcomes but same result http://www.tst.arinow.com/ notice that you cannot run any menu items.

As far as i know, the only Login to RT (Joomla) is used in the Backend for checking about RT template- & extension-updates.
The "Nothing Here..."-image just means that is a normal "404 - File Not Found." - This has Nothing to do with RT, except the image that is used
- Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
A template is only as good as the content that goes into it

if you go to the page I provided and login with whatever you may get the effect that I am talking about. http://www.tst.arinow.com/ . The effects vary so much on the version of joomla.
When I login as a super user I get the nothing here screen.
I have been scratching my head for several days. I take it you haven't seen this before eithor.
