Could you please suggest where i can change tooltip css. I need tooltips with different colour.

in the post i read that gantry has build in tooltips. I would like to use tooltips in text. but i can not find any documentation or place in code where is tooltips. So i see in joomla admin rockettheme uses tooltips i tried to use class="g4-tooltips" but it does not work in frontend.
Could i find some documentation about build in gantry tooltips?

- I tried every css tooltip in internet and i can not make it work on clarion template, something stop them from working. Works only build in tooltpips but they are agly
