Error Warning Refraction menu

I have a joomla 1.5 site running the refraction template. Earlier this week I started getting error warnings on several of the modules which I believe were caused by an update to the PHP by my web host. I have managed to fix all of these but am still getting an error on parts of my menu. The error i am getting is as follows:
Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /var/www/vhosts/free-spiritrecords.com/httpdocs/templates/rt_refraction_j15/html/mod_roknavmenu/default.php on line 41
It appears when you navigate to Artists and then also to the submenu from there Live Acts. All other menus appear to be fine...
Any ideas how I can fix this?
