- Just wondering if RT has thought about implementing rich snippets into their templates. This is a pretty important feature these days. Holding out my magento renewal until this is implemented.

- I'm actually just about to start investigating this properly. Been on the agenda for some time but just haven't had a chance to check it out more in depth. So depending on how complex it'll be, it *might* make a debut in the next theme...
- STEP 1 IN MAGENTO DEVELOPMENT - DISABLE YOUR CACHE OR YOU WON'T SEE ANY CHANGES.
Use the new "secure" tab when replying for privately sharing links.
Check the "Useful Snippets" post for tips.

- It would be added to the extensions so would appear in all the templates in the next update.

Don't want to be bugging you, just wondering what the time frame is for rich snippets implementation. Was going to start upgrading a shop, trying to decide if I should wait or not.

Chapelco was just released so its on to working on some new stuff like Rich Snippets. Not sure exactly where this will land for Sam on the priority list, but it is in the lineup.
If you're extra anxious for this, there is a pretty good tutorial for adding them to magento:
