  I am trying reserach online and cant find anything online.
  What kind of text box is this? I want to create one in Joomla

- That looks to me like a placeholder for an image that you'd see in a WYSIWYG editor. I'm not sure it's a textbox.
  
  That's not a general text box that I know of and probably something included in a component of some sort.
