ximenia template background replacement not showing up

ximenia template background replacement not showing up. I have replaced the file bg-showcase.jpg with same name and size with a scanned image background. It's showing transfered in filezilla but when refreshing the page or viewing it on another computer, its still the same orginal image. Any thoughts?

Hello,
Your background appears to have loaded. Did you clear your brower's cache?
Also, if you are going to replace our image files, please create a changelog as this file change will be overridden in the event of a Ximenia update. - Kind regards,

Thank you reggie,
I saved changes from different showcase backgrounds and eventually it did load. Just wondering why such a delay on it. I checked a different computer that had never had the site up and it still showed the original.
will do on the change log.

- I'm guessing the Joomla!/Gantry cache needed to be cleared.
