    • Using the responsive template option
for some reason I add an image to sidebar a the image is within the sizes from other images in modules, but the issue I am having is it looks fine in pc but in the ipad the image is outside of the box not inside module I used the command float left for image but not luck.
Can you please send me a quick easy way to fix issue so the image is responsive in all formats.
      Thanks

    • Hi Cindy,

Have you tried adding the class rt-image to the image?

Without a link to page where the problem is on your site it is quite hard for us to provide the best solution due to so many variables. We try to provide file names and line numbers for code changes and if changes have already been made then our advice may be incorrect.

Can you please post a link to the problem and we will do our best to assist you.

      Thanks :)

    • sorry, site is offline but the rt class you mentioned what class is that? I can try that and see if that works.
the image I am adding is 344x 511 pixels in sidebar a module for the voxel template.
I created a custom module assigned it to the sidebar a location

    • Hi Cindy,

If you are using an editor such as JCE then my advice is to edit the default profile to exclude image dimensions and add a default class of rt-image. This way all images will be more responsive.

In your custom module just toggle to html view and look for <img src="..... and change it to <img class="rt-image" src=".....

      Hope this helps 8)
